Test systems

The fully automatic VR5C hardness testing system is designed to meet specific requirements for Brinell hardness testing.

The system is operated by a Siemens S7 controller in conjunction with the proven ecos Workflow hardness testing software. The testing sequence and evaluation of test points are fully automated.

The integrated milling device prepares the specimen surface for the test points. Customization of the machine—such as the addition of a hydraulic ram, etc.—is possible. Simply contact us and let us know your requirements.

• Modernising existing systems 
  A testing module is ideal for modernizing existing sytems. This helps save costs, as there is no need to purchase special machines or a new system

  Futhermore, the testing modules can be integrated into new systems and production lines. This allows hardness testing to be incorporated directly into the production flow as early as the planning phase. As a result, workpieces do not need to be removed from the system for measurements, and 100-percent inspections can be performed.

• Customized hardness tester
  Thanks to clear interfaces and precise installation instructions, it is possible to assemble a customized hardness tester tailored to specific needs. All that is required is a fixture capable of holding and moving the test module in accordance with the technical specifiations.
