1. A basic policy of quality

The goal of our policy of quality is to provide our customers with advanced, reliable products and services at excellent value-for-money, as is equally true for products and services provided for our customers by third parties acting on our behalf.

Our goal is customer satisfaction, thus the customer sets the standards we have to achieve. The way customers judge our products and services, reaction and delivery times is decisive. Customer satisfaction is the key to our future.

Quality control is a responsibility for every member of staff. The leading task in our business is to encourage quality awareness at all levels. Our goal is zero errors or 100% positive results.
If errors do occur, finding solutions is more important than the search for excuses.


2. Highly motivated employees

Only motivated and happy employees can satisfy all the expectations placed upon them. Employee satisfaction and the active involvement of every member of staff make a positive impression on our customers. We provide our employees with a working environment enabling them to complete all the tasks expected of them.


3. Quality and productivity

Product quality and productivity are not contradictory poles. Product quality is a prerequisite for productivity. Cost reduction should never be allowed to interfere with quality.


4. Qualified suppliers

In order to meet the needs of our customers we also integrate quality control, cost reduction and environmentally aspects in our relationships with dealers and suppliers. In this way they also contribute to the success of the company. Involving them in our overall scheme of quality control is an axiomatic ‘must’.


5. Environmental awareness

Our relationship with the natural and cultural environment is that of a good neighbour. The contribution we make to the protection and preservation of natural resources is the introduction of all the right environmentally friendly processes and procedures.

DuraVision receives Russian GOST Standard certification
A delegation of independent Russian calibration technicians have carried out the so-called GOST-certification of the complete DuraVision series from January 23rd to January 28th, 2012 at the premises of EMCO-TEST Prüfmaschinen GmbH. 3165

The Seminar, which was organised by our Spanish distributor Izasa S.A., attracted a total of 24 experts from all over Spain to come. Special lectures were presented by Struers and EMCO-TEST Prüfmaschinen GmbH. 3128
