As in the years before, many of our international sales partners followed up to our invitation and sent their service technicians from July 4th to 8th to Kuchl in order to attend the service training.
These trainings take place semi-annually and are organized to keep our distributers skilled for service calls and to guarantee optimum on-the-spot support for our customers. The main topic of this training was of course our latest development, the DuraVision.
Moreover, the participants of such events appreciate the possibility to share experiences directly with their international colleagues and to establish useful contacts. In order to enforce the exchange of information an entertaining evening program was naturally a must.
Doubtlessly, it was again an unforgettable week for all of the partly well-travelled participants e.g. from Brazil, South Africa, Australia, China, Russia or the USA!
