CHD depthmeasurement on a pinion
  • The M4 CHD system is a testing instrument designed to support the traditional laboratory testing

Cylindrical work pieces

  • The hardness value is converted correspondingly by means of integrated diameter correction.

  • As seen here a Vickers test can be executed on the set toothed segment without the nose cone.

  • In this example a fully automatic evaluation in HBW 2.5/62.5 takes place.
  • The turret facilitates changeover to standardized Rockwell or Vickers testing within seconds.
